ITINERARY FOR 8N/9D

Srinagar 4N | Pahelgam 2N | Katra 2N

Day 1: Pickup from Jammu Railway Station to Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast visit Sonmarg. Night stay at Srinagar.

Day 3: Following breakfast Explore Srinagar's local attractions after breakfast, including the renowned Mughal Gardens: Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine, Siraj Bagh, and Moti Mahal. Enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg via Tangmarg. Enjoy the Gondola ride and optional pony rides (additional cost). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 5: After breakfast, continue your journey to Pahalgam via Qazigund and Anantnag. Spend the night in Pahalgam.

Day 6: Following breakfast, set off for Pahalgam's local sightseeing. Explore the enchanting Chandanwari, the gateway to the Amarnath Yatra, renowned for its natural beauty. Visit Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood film shot there, known for its lush landscapes and tranquil surroundings. Then, proceed to Aru Valley, famed for its meadows and scenic vistas. Enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel in Pahalgam, surrounded by the serene beauty of Kashmir.

Day 7: After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Pahalgam and start your journey towards Katra. Enjoy scenic stops and sightseeing along the way. Check in to Katra hotel and Prepare for your "Vaishnodevi Yatra", which is scheduled to begin that evening. If you're not going for the "Vaishnodevi Yatra", relax and unwind at the hotel for the night.

Day 8: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Katra. After lunch at the hotel, explore the city on foot at your leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner in the evening.

Day  9: After breakfast check out from Katra hotel and transfer to Jammu Railway Station.

Located 15 kilometers from Pahalgam, Betaab Valley derives its name from the film "Betaab." CHANDANWARI

Chandanwari, located 16 km from Pahalgam, marks the beginning of the annual Amarnath Yatra during the Sawan month. It's renowned for snow sledding on a snow bridge, with taxi cabs available for round trips from Pahalgam. Visitors often engage in snow fights before sledging down, and nearby dhabas offer refreshments. En route, Hajan offers an ideal picnic spot and has featured in numerous films.

BAISARAN
